A little about me. My love for grilling started when I was in high school. Whenever the family fired up the grill, I was the one who did the cooking. While in college, I was always grilling. If the weather was nice, I was in the parking lot grilling steaks or venison on a small Hibachi grill and making fries in my Fry Daddy. When I moved off campus, I purchased my first real charcoal grill. I've been hooked ever since.

After graduating, I stepped up and bought a Big Green Egg. That was when I became heavily involved with smoking. I love BBQ ribs, but could never find a rub that I really liked. So I made my own. Over the years I've tweaked it a bit until I got it just right. Then I tried sauces. Again a lot of them were just plain terrible. So I made my own. I went through the same process with the sauces that I did with the rubs.

Through trial and error I ended up with three rub recipes: original, sweet and spicy. I have chosen to lead with the original, as I think that it will appeal to most people. COMING SOON!
